In his current role, he plays a key role in developing the vision, strategies and roadmap for the evolving HR model and services. He also leads the team to drives HR efficiency and employee experience through HR digitalization and process improvement projects.
Before joining Richemont, Vincent had extensive regional HR business partnering and consulting experience at several technology giants, including Microsoft and HP.
