Syukri Sudari is the Chief People Officer (\u201cCPO\u201d) at AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad (\u201cAAGI\u201d) since 2006. He has more than 20 years of working experiences in human resources which covers a diversified industry including financial, telecommunications, aerospace, engineering and insurance sectors.
Syukri has started his professional career as Management Trainee in the largest investment institution, PNB. With the fundamental training that he has received through the journey, he then pursued an MBA from National University of Malaysia (UKM), which has led him towards becoming a successful HR leader today. Syukri is also the President of Association of Insurance Employer and Council Member of the Malaysia Employer Federation (MEF).<\/p>\n

As a firm believer of AAGI\u2019s purpose of Empowering People to Live a Better Life, Syukri empowers his people to reach their potential including challenging the status quo and ultimately bringing the Company to another level in relation to Human Resources practices, with constant aspiration to be the best in the industry. Through Syukri\u2019s leadership, the People Office of AAGI thrived through the transformation of HR, specifically in employee experience, culture, talent management and rewards, alongside digital innovation initiatives via usage of robotics and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n

Inspired by one of AXA core values\u2013 Courage; Syukri goes beyond his expertise in HR domain, where he engaged himself in strategic business initiatives, and has achieved a different success in his career by leading the acquisition of new distribution channel for AAGI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
