Catherine Chow is the Human Resources General Manager at Inchcape, an exclusive distributor for Toyota, Lexus, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Hino Trucks in Hong Kong.\u00a0 The automotive industry is changing rapidly, and technology has disrupted the industry more than ever. Catherine and her team strive to prepare their workforce for the future through properly formulated people strategies and change management program.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Inchcape, Catherine held different HR leadership positions in Tory Burch, K11 and Leverstyles, covering industries like retail, property management, supply chain and manufacturing. Catherine started her career in China and had extensive experience in China Employment Law.<\/p>\n

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Hong Kong University and an MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.<\/p>\n
