Prior to joining Jardines, Carman brings with her over 13 years of regional experience with Estee Lauder Companies which she was responsible for Asia Pacific projects & graduate program; at Expedia Group where she led both professional hire and R&D centres across Northeast Asia. Before moving to in-house, Carman was with Korn Ferry International where she managed C-level and senior leadership placements in the Technology and Higher Education sector.<\/p>\n

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Carman received her bachelor’s degree in the UK and she has worked and lived in China and Singapore.<\/p>\n
