Flora brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, organizational development, and leadership advisory. Before joining Gaw Capital, she held senior HR roles at leading financial institutions, including BlackRock, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. In her current role, she has also expanded her remit to lead the Company’s digital transformation agenda. Flora is a clinical psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association and the Hong Kong Association of Doctors in Clinical Psychology.

Flora holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
