Gladys Lam is Group Talent Development Director at Tam Jai International (TJI), leading enterprise-wide talent and organisational capability across brands, functions and markets. With experience spanning food and beverage, retail, manufacturing, financial services and aviation, she partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent, leadership and culture strategies. In her current role at TJI, she has transformed Group’s Talent Development function into a strategic enabler, strengthening leadership pipelines and sustainable growth. Gladys was the recipient of the HKMA Distinguished Trainer Award in 2022 and led the initiative that earned TJI the HKMA Silver Award for Excellence in Training and Development in 2025.
