Joseph Ng is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across internationally recognised hospitality organisations. He currently serves as Complex Director of People & Culture for Novotel Citygate Hong Kong and The Silveri Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection, where he leads the full spectrum of people strategy, talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR transformation.

Throughout his career, Joseph has built a strong reputation as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, driving people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. His achievements include significantly reducing employee turnover, optimising workforce productivity and labour costs, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering award-winning employee engagement and workplace culture. Under his leadership, the hotels have been recognised with the Accor Greater China Best Employee Engagement Hotel award for two consecutive years.

Joseph holds a Master of Human Resource Management and is passionate about developing future-ready organisations through strategic talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational transformation. As a member of the Executive Committee, he partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives while cultivating high-performing and inclusive workplace cultures.
