A strategic HR leader with 30 years of international experience, Kanny Ho currently serves as VP of Group Human Resources for Contempo Limited, where she directs all people strategies for the group’s global offices. Her expertise is built on a foundation of leading HR functions across a wide spectrum of industries—from fashion and accessories to insurance and hospitality—within complex US, EU, Indian, and local corporate environments.

Kanny is certified in key talent development frameworks including DISC and MBTI and is a Global Career Development Facilitator. She complements her practical experience with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, enabling her to bridge the gap between theoretical best practices and real-world business application.
