Miko Cheung is Human Resources Director at LAWSGROUP, with over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, organisational transformation, talent development, and culture building. She leads the Group’s HR and learning & development strategies across multiple business units, aligning people initiatives with business priorities. A Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Miko also contributes to professional and industry development through committee and advisory roles. She is a strong advocate of human-centric transformation, employee wellbeing, and applied learning. In 2026, she was honoured with the Hong Kong Metropolitan University Distinguished Alumni Award.
