Noel Lui is an accomplished human resources executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the globe. Since January 2024, she has served as the Chief Peoples Officer at Topcast, championing organizational growth and fostering a positive culture. Previously, she was the HR Director at Sino Jet Management Limited. Her diverse career spans business aviation, luxury retail, and fashion.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree from Middlesex University. Her industry accolades include being awarded HR Director of the Year and one of Hong Kong’s Top 50 Innovative Leaders.
