An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she specialises in helping leaders and professionals gain clarity, find purpose, and create meaningful change in work and life. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organisational development, leadership, culture, and performance. She also lectures part-time at Hong Kong Baptist University and advises organisations through Wenovia Company Limited.
