Sari Suono-Rasehorn is the Chief People & Culture Officer of ISS Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources across international services, logistic and private equity owned companies.\u00a0 She is well experienced in business transformations, design and implementation of organizational processes and change management at all levels that develop the organization in line with company goal and value.<\/p>\n

Sari is Finnish and a master\u2019s degree holder of Law, MBA. She grew up on the Finnish countryside and with her background, she appreciates and treats people fairly and with dignity and that lead her to success in driving Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. She is an advocacy leader in ISS Hong Kong and with her strong and outstanding leadership skill, ISS Hong Kong won three awards at the Best HR Awards 2022: Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy Award, Best Graduate and Management Trainee Programme Award and Best HR Leader of the Year.<\/p>\n

She has been a member of Nominating and Legal committees of Confederation of Finnish Industries. She is now a Member of a Board of Directors and is Chair for Diversity & Inclusion committee of Finnish Chamber, Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
