She is also a strategic business partner for senior management team besides all HR processes, her responsibilities at corporate level also cover a diversity of business initiatives, including strategic expansion, manpower planning for new businesses, succession planning and change management.<\/p>\n

Victoria is a seasoned HR professional with more than 16 years of extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in organizational restructuring and development, HR business partnership, talent acquisition, performance management and global HR organizational alignment & cultural receptive. She is a strategic partner of C-suite to align people and organizational development strategy with corporate objectives. Prior to joining Humansa, Victoria also held various senior leadership HR positions in renewable energy, technology and telecommunication. She possesses solid experience managing global scope in all her regional roles across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Greater China. Victoria comes from a diverse cultural background who has settled in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Canada at different lifetimes. She graduated from the University of Leicester in England with a Master\u2019s degree with merit in Business Administration, Victoria also obtained a Bachelor\u2019s degree of Arts in Economics from Brock University in Canada. She is also a certified Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and a certified NLP Practitioner.<\/p>\n
