Throughout his career, Joseph has built a strong reputation as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, driving people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. His achievements include significantly reducing employee turnover, optimising workforce productivity and labour costs, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering award-winning employee engagement and workplace culture. Under his leadership, the hotels have been recognised with the Accor Greater China Best Employee Engagement Hotel award for two consecutive years.<\/p>\n
