Joanna Lee is the Global Director of Human Resources for Plaza Premium Lounge Management (PPLM) and is a proven leader with extensive experiences in organizational change, cultural building, develop and implement strategies in support of organization design, workforce planning and engagement, diversity and Inclusion, compensation and benefits, talent management and labor relations.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining PPLM, Joanna holds several senior management positions of the Fortune 500 multinational companies: Walmart, Target and Tesco. With over 20 years of professional human resources experiences, Joanna proves counsel and support to help the colleagues achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk; recognize and reward performance as well as commit to build an inclusive culture.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Joanna was challenged with managing multiple HQ projects working with different stakeholders across the regions\/country to design, enhance and implement new HR programs under a fast paced agile working environment. Joanna holds a Master of Science Degree in Strategic HR Management from the HK Baptist University.<\/p>\n
