Yen Ngai is the Senior Director, Human Resources at Spin Master, with over 15 years of HR leadership experience across APAC in supply chain, consumer products, FMCG, and luxury retail sectors. She specializes in organizational development, talent strategy, and business transformation, partnering with leaders to build high-performing organizations and drive sustainable growth. Prior to Spin Master, Yen held HR leadership roles at Tory Burch, LVMH, Hasbro, Target Australia, and Tesco. Yen holds a MSc degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University; MSc degree in Social Work from City University of Hong Kong; and is a life-time member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
