5 TIPS ON WRITING A WINNING ENTRY
1. Keep it simple
2. A clear format
3. Supply evidence
Provide clear, tangible evidence that directly addresses the criteria. Be specific and avoid vague generalisations. To strengthen your entry, include relevant HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism costs, and other business measures like customer service or profitability. Demonstrating a causal link is key – can you show that a decrease in absenteeism is a result of your wellbeing initiative, or is it due to broader factors like job insecurity in uncertain economic conditions?
4. Present a strong business case
5. Start early!
Submission – once you’re ready to go, all entries can be submitted via our entry submission page.If you need help with your entry submission or a boost while preparing your entries, reach out to our friendly Project Managers Mohanesh Kumar or Luisa Sarmiento.
