His depth understanding in HR best practices (talent management, business transformation, and performance management) has been implemented successfully. These lead to remarkable achievements in HR Excellence Awards as “Gold Winner” in excellence in business transformation, “Silver Winner” in excellent in digital transformation, and “Bronze Winner” in women empowerment strategy and HR team collaboration. He has been certified HR professional management from HR Club. Currently, he has been studying post-graduate degree in human resource management.
