Amih Nuraini is the Director of Human Resources at Park Hyatt Jakarta and Area Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Indonesia. Her hospitality career began in Food & Beverage Operations before she advanced through management roles and was selected for a Corporate Management Trainee program, broadening her expertise across hotel operations. In 2013, she transitioned into Learning & Development, where she discovered her passion for nurturing talent, and later moved into Human Resources, building extensive experience across diverse HR functions. Guided by inspiring mentors throughout her career, Amih believes that people are at the heart of every successful organisation. She is recognised for fostering a culture of trust, integrity, and continuous learning, valuing meaningful relationships as her greatest achievement.
