Anton Hendrianto is an expert in Human Capital and Business Development with more than 20 years’ experience in assisting and fulfilling organizational needs and transformation agendas. He has a proven track record at three high-potential of international, national, and regional banks, namely Standard Chartered Bank, Permata Bank, and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. His expertise consists of learning, digital, corporate culture & values, talent & career management, employer branding, employee engagement, corporate strategy, organization design, and performance management.

Recently, Anton has been awarded as the Best Company in Executing Business Turnaround 2023, the Best Human Capital 2022, the Best Indonesia Human Capital Senior Leader (2021), the Human Resources Excellence Awards in Learning Excellence, Leadership Development, Program Graduate, and Employer Branding categories (2020), a finalist in Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Digital Transformation (2021), awarded as the PDs Awards, Global Chairman Awards, the SEA Innovation Awards, and many others in past years. On the other hand, he has been appointed as the leader of the Bank Muamalat transformation agenda project, specialized for people and organizations.

Currently, he works in a double-hat role as Head of HC Strategy and Development at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. and as Executive Director at Muamalat Institute, a subsidiary company of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk.
