Antonius Saptorahardjo Noviadi, Human Resources Director at Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, is a distinguished psychologist who earned his degree from Padjadjaran University in 1992. His 35-year journey in Human Resources began in 1989 as a Part-Time Consultant at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Antonius has built an impressive career in HR, holding strategic leadership positions in both prominent national companies (Astra Group, Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines, ADR Group of Companies) and leading multinational firms (Pioneer Hi-Bred International, DuPont, Cargill International). Notably, he served as HR Manager for the Asia Pacific Region, overseeing HR strategies across eight countries: China, India, Pakistan, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
In his current role, Antonius has been instrumental in leading a fundamental transformation of the Human Resources function, characterised by process centralisation and digitisation. This includes the consolidation of payroll processing, the development and assessment of technical skills models, the implementation of a comprehensive HRIS, and the successful application of the Sreeya Employee Self Service (SESS) Apps.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Antonius is dedicated to the advancement of human capital in Indonesia. He regularly engages with academic institutions to provide insights into workforce quality improvement and development, alongside his active involvement in various international communities and Rotary Clubs.
