Arnold is a well-rounded Human Resources leader with extensive experience in driving business transformation through people, organisation, and culture. He currently serves as HR GA Director at Samsung Electronics Indonesia. Prior to this, he led HR teams in leading Indonesian companies including ASTRA-TOYOTA, Indomobil-NISSAN, CIMB Niaga, and INDOSAT OOREDOO. A recognised thought leader, he was honoured with the Indonesia Distinguished Human Capital Leader Award 2024 and is a frequent national speaker on HR, leadership, and strategy. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (HR) from the University of Indonesia and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology (UGM) and Economics (UPN).
