HR professional with more than 25 years of extensive experience working in both multinational and local companies such as Pamapersada Nusantara (Astra Heavy Industries), Mattel Indonesia, Avon Indonesia, Hero Supermarket (Dairy-Farm Group), American Standard Indonesia, Danone Group, AkzoNobel Indonesia, Nissan Motor Indonesia, and Suntory Garuda Beverage. Current Position as Chief Human Capital & Corporate Affairs Officer at Suntory Garuda Beverage that look after HR, Office Management, Legal & Compliance, Communication, and Corporate Affairs. Asep has passion in coaching people, develop young talent and future leaders, as well as share thoughts to others thru sharing session, group discussion and deliver public seminar/ workshop.

Asep holds bachelor degree in Statistics from IPB University and currently as Magister Program Student at Business School of Management of IPB University. Asep has interest in sport, traveling, reading and cooking.
