Bernadina Okti Adiyanti brings over 25 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources, having held key roles at renowned multinational companies in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors, including Pioneer Hi-Bred, BASF, Goodyear, Honeywell, and Zuellig Pharma. She has spent 9 of those years serving as HR Director/Head of HR and ASEAN HR Business Partner, while also being an integral member of the Leadership Team/Executive Committee.

She holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a professional degree in Psychology from the University of Padjadjaran. She currently practises as an Ontological Coach, supporting individuals throughout Indonesia, Malaysia and Cambodia.
