Christian Tanuwijaya joined Bank Danamon since 1 July 2015 and now he lead the Learning, Engagement & CU unit and has played a role in building and enhancing development and learning programs by applying new and continuous learning models to align with company’s strategy, as well as being involved in various projects such as Digital Learning Projects, Learning Management Systems, Global Collaboration and also encouraging the internalization and implementation of the Danamon New Core Value.
