Dina Sandri Fani is certified HR practitioner, having more than 28 years’ experience in handling HR matter. Her Law background education and Master Strategic Management support her to become the innovative HR Practitioner.

She had various working experiences regionally and internationally such as with NSK Bearing Manufacturing Indonesia, Melia Panorama Hotel, Alia Hotel Group, Accor Hotel Group, Millennium & Copthone Hotel Group and Shangri-La Hotel Group and Mitra Adi Perkasa (MAP) as the biggest retail group in Indonesia, During his working experiences, he had been assigned to various key of HR positions such as Human Resources Manager, Cluster HR Manager, Human Resources Leader for Indonesia, Human Resources Director for MAP she is handling double role of Senior General Manager Quality Management for Corporate Human Resources Mitra Adiperkasa and also as HR Head for MAP Aktif Adiperkasa (MAP Subsidiaries company for Sport, Kids and Leisure brands).

Currently she is working as Country HR Director for Hero Group (part of DFI Retail Group) in Indonesia. She responsible all People & Culture strategy for all Indonesia retails banners such us Hero Supermarket, Guardian Health & Beauty also IKEA Home Furnishing.
