Dr. Boedi has a vast experience and exposure not only in Human Resources as Chief Human Resources Officer, but he has also taken charge of roles as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

He is an accomplished Human Resources professional with various industries and has also been exposed to culture challenges with proven hands-on in various working environments covering Plant/Manufacturing, Sales & Commercial, Services (Hospitality Management & Public Service) within Multi-National Companies
as well as State-Owned and Regional-Owned Enterprises.

Currently he holds the position of HRM Consultant at Paragon Technology and Innovation, where he plays and supports a transformation agenda towards Paragon Technology and Innovation as a Global Beauty Company, with a key theme “The courage to turn challenges into opportunities that create solutions through real actions to achieve shared purpose”.
