She possesses over 15 years of experience in this field, having worked for several renowned local and international marketing and communication companies, such as Dwi Sapta Group, Narrada Communications, MullenLowe Indonesia, Ogilvy Indonesia, Havas Group Indonesia, Heroleads Indonesia, and currently VML Indonesia

In her role, Herfi is responsible for aligning business procedures and solutions with human resources to meet the needs of various client groups within the organisation.
