A professional in human capital/human resources and organisational transformation, his portfolio of experiences range from HR operation and business partnering, to specific shared services such as talent acquisition and compensation benefit. From a strategic perspective, his portfolio enlists organisational transformation projects with specific and tailor-made OD strategies.

He is currently responsible for all human capital and organisation transformation within Samator Group, Indonesia’s largest industrial gas company – including
Samator’s largest subsidiary, the publicly listed Aneka Gas Industri. With 20 years’ experience and educational background in strategic HRM and organisational development, James’ focus is in getting human capital development as one of the Aneka Gas Industri’s three Transformation Initiatives, taking place in all business processes.
