Jaswin Ibrahim is an accomplished HR leader with over 15 years of experience spanning daily operations to strategic HR partnership in complex matrix environments. He has extensive exposure to regional and global HR projects, specialising in building people strategies that drive business success, strengthen employee experience, and foster high-trust, high-performance cultures. His key strength lies in Organisation Change Management, where he has led large-scale restructuring and turnaround initiatives with impact and agility.

Currently serving as Country Head of HR at Avery Dennison Solutions Group Indonesia, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company, Jaswin oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent strategy, employer branding, learning and development, HR business partnering, and industrial relations. Leading a team of HR professionals, he reports directly to the Regional HR Director for South Asia. Under his leadership, the company was recognised for fostering an exceptional workplace culture in 2025

Previously, Jaswin held leadership roles at British American Tobacco as People & Culture Manager and at DuPont as HR Business Partner for Operations. Known for his hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, he consistently drives organizational effectiveness, sustainable growth, and cultural transformation.
