Laura Magdalena has been a HR professional for 15 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in technology-based companies. She started by working at a financial consulting company that focused on implementing financial software, then continued her career in finance technology and is currently working in logistics with a technology basis.

Laura is very passionate about her work as a HR generalist. She is mastering HR operations and really enjoys the entire range of Organisational Development including Compensation & benefits. Laura is responsible for ensuring that the entire part of Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & benefits as well as Business Process Improvement (which is also the field that interests her most), can be implemented and aligned with the organisational goals.
