Lina Yunita Papulung, known as Lina, is an experienced Human Resources personnel with over 10 years of experience in the field. She started her career as Corporate HR at a Palm Oil Company for 3 years, she then moved on to Rigid Plastic Manufacture as a HR Business Partner, Communication, and Learning Center Department Head for 9 years. Lina is now the Head of HR & GA, and Legal at a Plastic Manufacturing Company, Supratama Aneka Industri. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Atma Jaya University Jakarta.

As Head of HR & GA, and Legal, she has demonstrated strong leadership in various aspects of HR and GA management and supports the current and future business needs of the company and its employees by implementing and monitoring effective HR processes and policies, developing and evaluating training programs and systems, managing and resolving employee relations issues, legal compliance, communicating of management directions and company policies, and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external parties.
