An accomplished business leader, trainer, and HR practitioner, Made Swasthika, now serves as Director of Human Resources at ECCO Indonesia, has earned his stripes with excellent strategic planning in improving business operations and efficiency through people and organization development. With his experience in large manufacturing industry and human capital consulting companies for almost a decade, Made helps business to understand how to effectively engage workforce, enhance employee collaboration and cultivate a culture of accountability, ingrained and championed throughout organizational fabric. Made received his bachelor degree in Communication from the Universitas Indonesia and Masters of Strategic Management from the Binus Business School. He subsequently thought business management at Petra Christian University Surabaya. He believes in equal opportunity and often involved in pro-bono coaching to help others find their purpose and bring the best of them.
