David holds the position of the Group HR General Manager of the leading Digital Omni channel retailer in Indonesia, Kanmo Group. He leads all HR spectrums for Kanmo’s business lines, including retail, lifestyle, travel, distribution, and investment. Before joining Kanmo, David worked at AXA and Japan Tobacco International. He brings more than 13 years of experience as an HR practitioner.

David completed his professional experience with related educational and certification background in HR, Change Management, and Leadership. His passion for creating a leader makes him commit to developing the young generation as a lecturer at Paramadina University and Pelita Harapan University Medan, teaching courses on Leadership, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Communication, Negotiation, Business Ethics, etc. He is also a consultant in Paramadina Management Advisory in strategic management and leadership areas. Apart from that, he also enjoys doing coffee discussions with multi-generations, sharing his vision, knowledge, and experience towards HR, career, personality, dan leadership. He was willing to share his experience with as many people as possible.
