Meirza is accountable for Organisational Development areas related to Employee Engagement, Culture, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Apart from the above areas, Meirza also plays a key role in supporting the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. Various initiatives have been implemented at FWD Insurance to build an inclusive work environment, one of which is HERoic, a 9-months exciting journey of women empowerment program.
