Nia Qoyimmah is an accomplished HR practitioner in the F&B industry with over 18
years of experience in operations management, people development and human resource
management. She was instrumental in helping Kopi Kenangan become the first new retail F&B unicorn in Southeast Asia in less than 5 years since being established.

Nia is an innovative leader who always supports her team by providing them with countless opportunities to develop their skills and competencies.

Nia currently manages the Human Resources function for Kenangan Brands, one of Indonesia’s F&B giants. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language & Literature from the Academy of foreign Languages (ABA). She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
