Rudy has 25 years of both strategic & tactical levels of HR experience in FMCG and technology companies where he implemented best-in HR practices and initiatives.

He started his career as Finance Analyst for few years but then progressed his career in HR in Unilever for 20 year where he took various HR leadership roles in Indonesia as well as overseas assignment such as India, Saudi Arabia and Singapore and his last role in Unilever was HR Director for Supply Chain in Indonesia.He then moved to for General Electric (GE) Indonesia as Country HR Director for 4 years before finally takinghis current role as CHCO at XL Axiata.
