He holds a background in Economy & Management from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) and has built his career progressively from frontline operations into group-level Human Capital leadership.

Rusli has led large-scale transformations that helped a fast-growing, multi-brand retail organisation in Indonesia professionalise its people function at scale, covering the full spectrum of HR from culture transformation to organisational design and workforce performance. He is known for cascading business strategy into measurable people outcomes and for driving initiatives spanning talent development, leadership pipelines, digital transformation, and organisation-wide culture change programmes.
