Septine Rifatunisa (Rifa), is a human capital enthusiast with more than 10 years’ experience. Started her career as Management Associate in Banking industry, she was exposed in technology and banking operations before embarking on her journey in area of Human Resources. Her passion towards strategic thinking and problem solving elicits as she decided to enter Consulting industry where she had opportunity to work with wide ranging clients from Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Products and Banking on their business transformative initiatives. Her proficiency in change management drives her to focused on cultivating organisation culture, bringing diversity and expertise to her current position as Culture & Organisation Development Head at UOB Indonesia.

Outside of work, she enjoys savouring black coffee and driving around the city. Rifa was awardee scholar for Youth Exchange & Study (YES) Program to United States during her high school year and holds a Bachelor Degree in IT Management from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
