With over a decade of experience in multinational IT consulting and agency industries, she excels in matching talent with specialised and diverse expertise. As a Certified Human Resource Professional from Unika Atma Jaya, one of Indonesia’s top HR certification programs, Theres brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Renowned as a natural leader, Theres takes the helm of the human resources and general affairs team, focusing on optimising employee’s growth and experience, as well as ensuring the right talent mix to drive business success in a competitive market.
