She is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Diageo Indonesia. Previous to her current role, she was HR Corporate for Group Technology in PT SMART Tbk; People and Organization Director for Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia for Royal Canin; and she held several roles in PT Sampoerna Tbk. Before venturing into Human Resources, she started her journey in Sales and Information System.

She has a proven record for leading through change and transformation, recognizing the complex and diverse needs. She has a passion for developing and nurturing work environments where everyone can contribute authentically. She is dedicated to bringing out the best in everyone, wherever they work, and truly believes that the success of a business comes from its people. Victoria sees HR as a key component of the business strategy and she has a passion for growing and developing diverse talent. She love using data and insights to support the business achieve their ambitions.
