He believes that people competency and leadership are the key enablers of organizational growth.

Through systematic approach, determination and passion to grow people in the organization, he and his team had implemented various initiatives to make company and HR organization successful including streamlining HR processes through digitalization and organizational development, strengthening elearning platforms and broadening early talent pools as well as acceleration of people development.
