He is driven to encourage all stakeholders to contribute and support sustainable business growth. To strengthen his knowledge in human capital practices, he has completed a number of HR Certification from Basic to Advanced Human Capital Accreditation. He is now acts as Head of Human Resource and Shared Services in one of the biggest Pulp and Paper Industry in the World known as PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (APP Sinarmas).
