He currently serves as HR GA Director at Samsung Electronics Indonesia. Prior to this, he led HR teams in leading Indonesian companies including ASTRA-TOYOTA, Indomobil-NISSAN, CIMB Niaga, and INDOSAT OOREDOO. A recognised thought leader, he was honoured with the Indonesia Distinguished Human Capital Leader Award 2024 and is a frequent national speaker on HR, leadership, and strategy.
