\u00a0Gede Harimbawo Sukarma, or used to be called Arim, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive exposure in the luxury hospitality industry. Over the past fourteen years, he had worked for several international luxury hotel brands that are famous for its outstanding personalized luxury service, namely Conrad, Four Seasons and Fairmont.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Arim held a Director of Human Resources role at The Apurva Kempinski Bali, a five-star hotel in Bali which presents itself as a majestic open-air theatre, an embodiment of Indonesian elegance. At The Apurva Kempinski Bali, employees are the key to the company\u2019s vision, thus Arim\u2019s role is essential in making sure that people excellence become the centre of all great services delivered to their guests.<\/p>\n

Arim graduated from a prestigious Tourism Institute in Nusa Dua, Bali with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hotel Administration.<\/p>\n
