With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Herman Cahyadi is a seasoned HR Leader dedicated to creating robust corporate culture and empowering leaders and employees. He is currently the Deputy Chief People Officer at Gojek and leads the People Business Partners at the company, with his function supporting nearly 4,000 employees around Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Gojek, he was the Head of HRBP at PT Bank UOB Indonesia and HRBP for Channels and Digitalisation Head. His career experience spans in various HR Leadership roles in Banking and Financial Industry and start-up companies handling different facets of HR such as HR Strategy, Operations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Rewards Strategy, Business Partnering, and handled multiple-HR related projects such as HR Transformation, Harmonization, Mergers and Acquisitions.<\/p>\n

Herman holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management and Masteral Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Universitas Tarumanagara, Indonesia.<\/p>\n

On a personal note, he loves photography, automotive, culinary and travel! He upholds the values of integrity, empowering people and championing collaboration.<\/p>\n
