Silvia Sandy currently serves as Head of People at Samsung Research Indonesia; one of Samsung\u2019s advanced R&D centers, which mainly focus in conducting research and development to support Samsung\u2019s cutting-edge technology and to prepare the future of Samsung Electronics.<\/p>\n

Silvia holds a Master Degree from The University of Melbourne (Australia) majoring in Engineering Management and a Bachelor Degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (Indonesia) majoring in Industrial Engineering.<\/p>\n

With more than 15 years of professional experience, she led key positions in both local and global companies, covering multi industries, mostly in technology, retail and manufacturing sectors. Her professional HR expertise, combined with her top skills in Operations management and Engineering background from reputable universities, bring her strong consulting skillset to add value to businesses.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Samsung Research Indonesia, she works at Merah Cipta Media Group (digital technology group of companies) and Erajaya Group (retails in multi industries).<\/p>\n
