Before joining Kanmo, David worked at AXA and Japan Tobacco International. He brings more than 13 years of experience as an HR practitioner.<\/span><\/p>\n

David completed his professional experience with related educational and certification background in HR, Change Management, and Leadership. His passion for creating a leader makes him commit to developing the young generation as a lecturer at Paramadina University and Pelita Harapan University Medan, teaching courses on Leadership, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Communication, Negotiation, Business Ethics, etc. He is also a consultant in Paramadina Management Advisory in strategic management and leadership areas. Apart from that, he also enjoys doing coffee discussions with multi-generations, sharing his vision, knowledge, and experience towards HR, career, personality, dan leadership.
