Efka graduated as a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering in 2006 and began his career in one of the biggest mining companies in Indonesia in Supply Chain Division. In 2008, he grabbed the opportunity to join Human Resources Division as HR Analyst, fell in love with HR role, and thus started his journey as an HR professional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Traversing through many challenges in HR fields in different industries, Efka performed various roles and climbed up career in HR until 2021 when he was entrusted with role as Human Capital Group Head in Petrolog Indah to this date, one of the biggest companies in heavy equipment and plant services in East Kalimantan region. In his role, he oversaw overall HR function and spearheaded various initiatives in improving HR performance.<\/span><\/p>\n
