Along with his team, in 2019 Mr. Kafid\u2019s has completed a total organization transformation at one of the biggest mining companies in Indonesia, among the successful achievements are resetting employment term conditions with over 99% success rate, changed people mindset, bring the productivity but also recognise employees\u2019 efforts in achieving organizational goals. He believes there will be always an opportunity behind any crisis, a strong power which able to encourage people to be creative and innovative. He trusts the power of people in an organization, it makes huge difference to the winning team. Mr. Kafid is now Chief HR Officer for a mining company in Indonesia who has over 5,000 employees, manages 7 locations and 5 mining sites. Mr.Kafid is a Bachelor of Economics, completed a MBA program. He has HR proficiency from Magister Management program at Gajah Mada University. Mr.Kafid is now still finishing his HR Global Leadership program at National University of Singapore – NUS.<\/span><\/p>\n
